Suss’s birthday

Ok, so today it took us a little while to get out for a walk because Suss kept receiving phone calls and messages. Something must be going on today….

By the way, last night I dreamt that Tiger Woods had given me some golf lessons, so I was keen to see if I could convince Suss to book us in for a game of golf.

Well I got close…..

I made it to the golf shop

and then I looked lovingly at a golf cart….

And finally I found a hole under the fence where I could reach the fairway…..

But she still didn’t get the hint….i think Suss is a bit of slow learner.

Anyway, we saw some interesting things on our walk today. A dead ibis (Suss was not impressed when I tried to give it a good sniff) and some lovely Xmas toys to play with…

Suss is very considerate on our walks. She makes sure I always have water. But you know how I like to drink from a running tap? Well yesterday a hose was attached to the tap so Suss pretended to hold the hose as though it was a tap….she thought she’d fooled me. Anyway, today she got it right

This afternoon Suss did some gardening and I think she expected me to help her sweep leaves, or weed or something….no chance of that.

BTW, following the incident with the dynamic lifter, I am again in the sin bin for digging pockets in the garden…. I only do this so I can eat the dirt ….whats so wrong with that?

I hope I get dinner tonight
