Last days with Suss

I joined the usual Sunday walkers (although some were absent….for instance, Tilly’s mum wasn’t there, and nor was Tilly….this is such a shame as I was going to show Tilly my new bubbler manners!)

Anyway, it was pretty busy on the walk to Coogee, and once we got to Coogee, I finally got some pats

Les and Sally were very friendly but that other guy, James, just treats me with disdain and didnt want to have his photo taken with me (although I’m sure Suss told me he likes dogs….perhaps he doesn’t like big ones like me. Monty and Jackson were much smaller).

During our afternoon walk, we saw more of the devastation from yesterday’s storm.

Nice quiet evening at home with Suss. She didn’t need to offload me to my grandparents. Yah!

I got to lick her feet and fall asleep on her leg. Heaven!

Yes, yes…she does have varicose veins but they weren’t too bumpy and didn’t impede my sleep in any way.

After a lovely sleep, and a couple of walks, I got a huge surprise. Mummy and Daddy arrived at Suss’s door.

Very sad to go home. I’m sure Mummy’s not going to give me chicken every night, or let me sleep in the bedroom. Oh well….there’s always next year.
